Dr. iur. Levent Bilgi is one of our founding partners. Before founding his own office, he worked at the Istanbul offices of reputable international law firms. As a dual-qualified lawyer, he is admitted to practise as an attorney-at-law in both Turkey (Avukat) and Germany (Rechtsanwalt). He advises a broad range of domestic and multinational clients on international commercial law, trade and corporate law and public economic law. Levent Bilgi provides strategic advice to international clients entering the Turkish market, domestic clients investing abroad, and commercial clients engaged in complex cross-border transactions and international disputes. Levent Bilgi also specialises in the energy sector and infrastructure projects and is especially active in renewable energy, privatisations, private finance initiatives (PFI), public private partnerships (PPP) and Private Finance 2 (PF2).

Since 2019, Dr. iur. Levent Bilgi serves as an Academic Lecturer on International & PPP law at the Turkish-German University in Istanbul.

HONOURS

Levent is a dual qualified in Germany and Turkey, and heads the firm’s Istanbul desk advising in German and Austrian matters. His areas of expertise include corporate law, public law and project finance.
